Refund Policy

**REFUNDS AND RETURNS**
If you wish to return a Fuxion item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return shipping label. Please follow these steps:

1. Inform us through the following method that you want a refund and which item you want to return:

- We do not process return requests through phone calls or voicemail.

2. We will email you a prepaid return label within 24 to 48 hours of your request. **PLEASE NOTE: return label cost will be deducted from your refund.**

3. Place the item in a box or envelope and mail it to us using the prepaid return label. **We typically use USPS for delivery.**

4. We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your package in our warehouse and it has been inspected. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used when placing the product order. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Use the provided return shipping label to ensure it is returned to the correct warehouse location matching your order. Items sent to an incorrect address due to failure to obtain a return shipping label from us are not our responsibility for refund or reshipment. Returned products will be fully inspected and assessed before issuing a refund. Items MUST be unopened, and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued.

If you haven't contacted us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return, your item will NOT be refunded. Our authorized distributor is not responsible for online customer-placed duplicate orders.

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you can request a full refund for the ordered products OR we can resend the order at no additional shipping cost. **This does not apply to Rejected Packages. Refer to the Rejected Packages section below.**

**REJECTED PACKAGES:** If you have the option, instead of rejecting the package, accept it and contact us immediately so that we can process the return properly. If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than package damage, you may receive a refund for the products, as long as we receive the package in our warehouse.

If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or items in the package, you will not be charged the return shipping cost or any processing fee. If the package is received back in the warehouse, we can refund the entire order cost, including any additional shipping cost, or resend a new package at no additional cost to you.

If, later on, after opening the package, you determine that there are defective or damaged items, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange. This may include, for example, damage to the package seal, causing the product to leak, or a cut or puncture through the package. We will return the damaged/defective product with free shipping included. We must receive the product back to be able to send you another one or issue a refund. Contact us immediately if you reject a package so that we know it is on its way back to us.

**PLEASE NOTE:** Rejected shipments/packages are known to get lost in the return process, and we may not receive them back. If you reject your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. Once again, customers must use a return label generated by our customer service team to ensure we receive the returns.

OUR 100% "LOVE-IT" GUARANTEE: Try Fuxion orders completely risk-free! We strongly believe in the value of our company and products and want you to be satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you don't like it, we will give you a full refund for one (1) opened bag. If you order and open two (2) of the same item, for example, two (2) open bags of fit coffee, you can only receive a refund for one (1) of those opened bags. No questions asked! A couple of things to note. You must inform us within 30 days from the date of your delivery, or we cannot accept your refund request. No exceptions. The Fuxion Guarantee applies only to your first order or single purchases. Simply follow the return steps described in Section 1 above to request your shipping label and refund.
